Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute Switzerland growth plan; oversee revenue, EBITDA, customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling.
- Market Expansion & Brand: Define competitive positioning; differentiate through technology, pricing, and customer service; build marketing and channel partnerships.
- Operations & Acquisitions: Manage full P&L, budget, compliance, and risk; lead integration of local acquisitions ensuring smooth transitions and synergies.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Promote Miss Group’s culture; recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing, diverse team; ensure internal alignment and transparency.
- Stakeholder Management: Report to COO; present performance dashboards and strategic plans; liaise with regulatory and industry stakeholders.
