YOUR TASKS
- Lead a team of external consultants to drive our investigation and enforcement program across the region
- Conduct market surveys as required to monitor counterfeit prevalence in wholesale markets and retail chains
- Engage with regional and local E-Commerce and Social Media platforms to remove IP infringing content and develop O2O cases against high value targets (under g-Guidance of the Global Online Investigation & Data Intelligence Manager)
- Liaise closely with internal departments, e.g., Sales, E-Commerce, Quality and Consumer Interaction teams to raise awareness and maintain internal visibility of the counterfeit issue
