Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute events including but not limited to in-store events, sponsorships, workshops, masterclasses, and roadshows with retail partners.
  • Co-develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics from initial concept through to completion.
  • Provide support in sourcing, negotiating, and securing vendors, venues, and other necessary resources to ensure successful event execution.
  • Serve as one of the main point of contact for retail partners, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all events align with overall brand strategy and goals.
  • Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring events run smoothly and attendees have a positive experience.
  • Helps prepare post-event reports, analyzing event performance against objectives and KPIs.
