  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Brand Manager and Brand Department.
  • Assist in daily scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups of branding, marketing, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and other documentation required by the department.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of brand events and campaigns.
  • Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking progress of ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and email coordination.
  • Support the implementation of brand strategies and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Brand Manager to support daily operations.
