Looking for an experienced baker who's able to manage the kitchen operation. Has a passion to train and mentor those who will be under him/her.
Requirements
At least 5 years relevant experience
Secondary level above. Advantage with working experience in Singapore's bakery shop.
Independent, creative ideas and proactive as a team player.
Time management & early working hours.
Responsibilities
Prepare daily production of breads, cakes, and pastries.
Ability to meet daily quotas while maintaining quality
Ensure smooth operation & daily support are always consistent quality, compliance of all food safety standards in baking
Always maintain clean and safe environment.
