Bridge Inspector

Up and Under Ltd , a member of the RSK Group , is an engineering consultancy undertaking inspections and surveys of bridges, buildings and other structures within the transportation, utilities and built sectors. We are hiring Bridge Inspectors/Examiners (full‑time, permanent) based in Crewe, Cheshire. Hybrid working is available with occasional site based work throughout the UK.

Responsibilities

• Inspection of a variety of structures including nationally strategic importance
• Lead inspection teams
• Prepare reports, drawings, and defect schedules
• Undertake complex one‑off projects
• Adhere to comprehensive quality, health and safety systems (ISO compliant)
• Hybrid working with site‑based projects; travel across UK required; night and weekend work with overtime rates when needed
