Job Summary:
Ensure implementation of all planned activities to achieve the set annual target. Management of the sales force to ensure delivery of the projected sales of the Management Group.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES ACHIEVEMENT
- Sustain the Brokers' Sales target, net of forfeiture. Sales target is based on what is set by the Management group to achieve in the given year. It requires 50% of time and effort to achieve.
SALES GROWTH
- Ensure the achievement of a positive growth rate compared to Last Year's performance. Since there is a yearly increase in the Management Group's sales target, it is mandatory to also achieve higher than last year's performance. It requires monitoring in order to exert more effort on number 1.
COST-TO-SALES RATIO
- Maintain at least .20% Cost-to-Sale...
