**Job Duties**

+ Supervises and is responsible for assigned shifts
+ Oversee team assigned
+ Create and assign employee work schedules and responsibilities, and monitor if these responsibilities are carried through
+ Provide ongoing guidance to employees
+ Ensure employees adhere to company policies and legal regulations
+ Address problems with work quality, issues between employees and other concerns in a practical, timely manner
+ Brokerage Exception Reporting
+ Compiling, maintaining and updating company reports
+ Performs tasks as directed by management
