Degree or Equivalent and 8 or more years of sales experience in General broking segment 
Job Accountabilities – Key Accountabilities  
To assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing marketing strategies and to achieve departmental budget. 
To secure new and renewals accounts under broker portfolio. 
Servicing brokers under portfolio / to assist in claims / handling issues raised by brokers. 
To assist in managing premium collections / monitoring outstanding premium ageing to desired level.
