JOB SUMMARY
The Building Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the dormitory, including resident coordination, documentation, housekeeping and security liaison, and basic maintenance support. The role ensures the dormitory remains safe, organized, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements while providing effective support to residents and internal teams.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintain and organize permits, records, logs, and official documentation
- Log and track maintenance work orders and service requests
- Assist in coordinating security, housekeeping, and contractor activities
