Job Summary
Support construction projects by coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with design specifications during the construction stage.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with Professional Engineers (PE) to manage construction stage temporary works and submissions for Structural Temporary (ST) approval
- Liaise with subcontractors to order materials and coordinate precast and steelwork shop drawings for accurate fabrication
- Prepare Method of Statement (MOS) documentation for rectification works to ensure compliance and safety
- Collaborate with consultants to resolve drawing discrepancies and submit Requests for Approval (RFA) or Requests for Information (RFI) related to site work proposals
- Manage rebar suppliers by reviewing prefab cage and mesh shop drawings, ordering materials, and ensuring timely delivery to site
