Responsibilities

• Actively participate in BFL offerings, courses, meetings and other activities.
• Lead a positive change effort to improve performance by motivating, recognizing and inspiring others to be effective and efficient.
• Maintain a high level of awareness on safety, environmental and process compliance.
• Champion hazard identification, evaluation and control through behavior-based safety and risk assessment programs.
• Lead and direct all production operations for the duration of your shift (including rotating shift work).
• Increase employee engagement and improve the labor relations climate through participation in continuous improvement activities.
