We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Building Inspector / Building Control Officer / Surveyor with a strong background in building surveying or maintenance, along with the experience in preparing technical reports, specifications and schedules of work.
Working as a Building Inspector / Building Control Officer / Surveyor you will be required to support the delivery of a customer focused responsive repairs service in liaison with the Repairs Manager, across the companies housing stock, including the diagnosis of complex maintenance issues, including damp and mould, and attending site when required.
As a Building Inspector / Building Control Officer / Surveyor your responsibilities will include pre and post-inspections, investigating complaints, overseeing rectifications, and conducting Stock Condition Surveys (SCSs), Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) surveys and Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) in communal areas....
