Building Maintenance Operative

Your Newpany:We are recruiting an experienced General Building Operative to work at HMP Gartree expected to be ongoing on a temporary basis for the next few months. This is a long-term temporary contract offering sociable, full-time hours and overtime. There is the possibility for a permanent role for the right candidate.
Your new role:As a General Building Operative, you'll be involved in a wide range of tasks crucial to our daily operations. Your responsibilities will typically include:

Care and maintenance of tools, machinery, materials and additionalpany property.

Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance withpany policy.

Delivery of works allocated to quality is required within set timescales.

Toply with the relevantpany Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directives.

To deliver fabric repairs in both occupied and void properties.

To undertake out of hours call out duties as per Rota requirements.
