Building Maintenance Technician (70309762)

Job Duties:

• Perform routine inspections, minor maintenance, and basic repairs of facility equipment, building systems, doors, docks, and exterior property elements to support safe and efficient operations.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic readiness checks of safety equipment, including eyewash stations, safety showers, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, AED stations, ladders, lockout stations, and fall protection equipment, while reporting deficiencies as required.
• Support preventive maintenance and seasonal shutdown activities, including cleaning, inspections, sump pit and drain maintenance, and completion of assigned PMs and work orders within the CMMS.
• Support GMP facility maintenance activities, including repairs to walls, floors, ceilings, doors, and finishes, completion of GMP inspections, deficiency tracking, and closure of GMP-related work orders.
