Position 1: Building Performance Analyst

Experience: 3+ Years

Role

• Support architects and developers with evidence-based design decisions.
• Conduct passive solar design studies and environmental performance analysis.
• Develop strategies for energy, water, material, and waste efficiency.
• Assist in green building certification projects.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in EnergyPlus, eQuest, DesignBuilder, IES-VE, Ladybug/Honeybee, and Climate Studio.
• Experience modelling at least 3 commercial or residential projects from concept to completion.
• Exposure to a minimum of 2 Green Building Certification projects.
