Your newpany Cornwall Housing manages over 10,000 homes with a clear focus on delivering safe,pliant, and high-quality services. This is a key leadership role, allowing the opportunity to shape and strengthen building safety across the organisation.
Your new roleYou will lead on propertypliance, including fire, asbestos, radon and environmental safety You will manage specialist teams and influence an organisation-wide safety culture You will oversee a £6m budget and critical safety programmes You will work closely with senior leaders to drive strategic and operational delivery
