Responsibilities

• Maintain the school and its grounds to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Manage the security, maintenance and health and safety of the whole school site.
• Ensure the school is clean, warm, safe and secure.
• Conduct statutory testing and carry out risk assessments as per regulations.
• Liaise and manage contractors while on site.
• Work independently, manage priorities and complete jobs to the highest standard.
• Demonstrate a flexible, positive and “can do” attitude.
• Recognise that the post involves lone working.
