Job Description
We are looking for an experienced engineering supervisor who will champion health and safety, lead engineering teams on site, and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and the wider ISS community.
 Reporting into the Technical Services Manager (TSM) and Site Lead, the Building Services Supervisor will play a key role in service delivery, compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, oversee and carry out PPM, reactive maintenance and emergency works in line with contract requirements
Act as the day-to-day lead for both Shift Engineers and Day Engineers, reporting into the TSM and Site Lead
Ensure all planned and reactive tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards
Manage subcontractors as required, including overseeing specialist works and Safe Systems of Work (SSoWs)
