Summary:
Operates and monitors building automatic systems (BAS) and utilities to ensure the environmental systems are maintained for safety, compliance, optimum uptime, and business continuity.
Essential Functions:
Carries out planned Preventative Maintenance (PM) on all building support systems and Purified Water System. Ensures the building environmental conditions in the manufacturing areas are always within specifications. Maintains operation of Metasys building automation system, including maintenance and calibration of sensor and generation of environmental reports. Ensures that all Maximo PM, CM maintenance work orders are correctly carried out and correctly documented right first time and on time.
