With at least three years of experience in HVAC and mechanical systems, you will be responsible for monitoring operations, executing necessary repairs, and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines. This position includes managing service requests and providing insight on equipment deficiencies for improvements.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct facility walkthroughs for system inspections • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks • Comply with environmental and safety requirements • Maintain tools and submit timely expense reports • Support facility-related projects and activities
