Job Description
We're hiring Bureau De Change (BDC) Sales Executives across airports in Malaysia, including KLIA, KLIA 2, and Penang International Airport.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform all transactions in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies.
- Focus and achieve individual targets while understanding and assisting team sales targets.
- To up-sell foreign exchange currencies and promote remittance via CIMB.
- Assist current and potential customers in their banking needs.
- Attend customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints.
- Develop and build long-term relationship with customers.
- Manage offsite BDC whenever required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma holders in any discipline.
- SPM holders with minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in retail sales or customer service, are encouraged to apply.
