Motor Coach Operator (BZ/AZ) – TimminsAs a Motor Coach Operator, you’ll be working full-time operating scheduled routes, charters, and line runs based out of Timmins. This role involves transporting passengers safely and efficiently while adhering to route schedules and company standards. Work may include local and regional travel with varying shift start times, including days, afternoons, and overnight assignments. AZ licensed drivers will have the opportunity to receive training to upgrade to a BZ license.What we offer:

• Training pay rate: $19.97/hour
• Per kilometre rates for
2026: Line – $0.5631/km | Charter – $0.4966/km | Deadhead – $0.4786/km
• Step progression after probation and based on tenure
• Shift differentials for afternoon and overnight shifts
• Overtime paid at 1.5x applicable rate
