Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join an Agile Squad, acting as the primary support and right-hand partner to the Product Owner (PO). This role is critical to ensuring clarity, consistency, and readiness of requirements - allowing the PO to focus on strategic priorities while the squad maintains a high level of delivery maturity.
The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner on a daily basis, supporting the structuring, detailing, and communication of requirements and serving as an extension of the PO within the squad. This professional will help translate business needs into clear, actionable backlog items and ensure alignment between stakeholders and the delivery team.
