 Up to $969 per day inclusive of super

  We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience to support the ongoing enhancement of a large-scale case management platform, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service. The platform integrates with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook to streamline end-to-end case management workflows.
 Key deliverables: 
You will play a critical role in release planning and delivery coordination, supporting sprint planning, sequencing of work, and ensuring readiness for key milestones. The role requires hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing user stories, tracking progress, and maintaining backlog integrity.
