About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the successful delivery of business and digital change initiatives. Acting as a key link between business stakeholders and delivery teams, you will analyse processes, identify opportunities for improvement, gather and define requirements, and produce clear, structured documentation. By providing valuable business insight and ensuring requirements are well understood before entering technical delivery, you will help drive efficient, high-quality outcomes and enable delivery teams to work with confidence and clarity. This role is based at Barton-upon-Humber with the option of hybrid working, up to 2 days per week from home. What Wren offer:
