We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Connected Customer Experience Advanced Product Planning team, a small, highly collaborative group of three. This role will focus on gathering and documenting business requirements, managing vendor interactions, completing intake documentation, and partnering cross functionally to ensure product initiatives progress smoothly.

The Business Analyst will lead the early phases of the product lifecycle, working closely with Japanese counterparts and the Enterprise Program Management Office to drive alignment and execution. Key deliverables include process flows, user stories, and swim lane diagrams that guide product development. The role will also support design planning efforts by maintaining accurate and up to date Service Definition Documents (SDDs). Depending on priorities, this position may also contribute to market and exploratory research.
