Job Description
We are seeking a Payments Analyst to bridge Payment Operations Support and Business Analysis in a hybrid role. The analyst will investigate payment‑related issues, analyze payment transaction flows across our ERP systems, gateways, and processors, support operational teams with troubleshooting, and develop expertise in payment systems and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Payment Transaction Investigation
- Investigate payment related issues reported by Support, PayOps, or Implementation teams
- Analyze transaction flows across ERP systems, payment gateways, processors, and other integrated services
- Identify potential causes of failed, declined, or mismatched payment transactions
- Assist with diagnosing discrepancies between ERP systems and payment processor records
Operational Payment Support
- Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex payment related support cases
