• System and application analysis skills
• XP working with APIs and API/web application development teams
• Good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Translates ideas into requirements and specifications that are easy to understand
• XP with documenting functional specifications (agile stories and acceptance criteria), process flow diagrams
• XP using BDD frameworks and writing tests for requirements

The DevX Standards and Controls function provides several products that enable software teams in the bank's Technology function to understand and comply with different sets of standards and a related control framework.
