Responsibilities
Deliver continuous improvements to customer-facing digital platforms using Salesforce Experience Cloud
Act as key liaison between business and technical teams, translating requirements into Salesforce solutions
Build, test, deploy, and document configuration across the Salesforce landscape
Project manage and support digital initiatives through to live environment
Support data activities including analytics, data mining, and AI-enabled solutions
