Job Responsibilities
Create and maintain strategic partnerships with business needs and technology delivery.
Develop business requirements and rules based on business needs.
Work closely with IT in the definition, testing, training, implementation, and support of functional requirements.
Identify requirements via data flow modeling, workflow analysis, and functional decomposition analysis.
Solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, existing systems documentation, or procedures.
Understand business issues and data challenges.
Prepare, review, and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendation solutions.
Provide functional and system design specifications.
Maintain a good understanding of databases, MSSQL, and SDLC.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Degree / Diploma: IT or equivalent.
4+ years of BA experience.
2+ years of MSSQL experience.
