Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges within the financial sector. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product managers, to design and implement technology solutions that meet the needs of our financial institution clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key liaison between them and our technical teams. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in fintech and financial servicesto propose innovative solutions.
