Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: -
Business Analystin lending market domain would be responsible for developing and defining, testing, and installing the
information technology initiatives based upon the user-defined business requirements that support the strategic objectives
of the organization.
Gather, synthesize and prioritize requirements and change request using interviews, document analysis and
brainstorming.
Document the changesnew requests determined after discussion with Business Users into a Business Requirements
Document.
Translate Business questions and requirements into conceptual and UI application models to enable Functional Design
Document and Detailed Design Document using Agile methodology.
Create UML diagrams - Use Case diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams as per requirement.
Review the test plans and test scripts and prepare GAP analysis as per requirement.
