Job Description

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring consistent understanding and expectations to articulate business needs from a varied group of stakeholders.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, analyse the requirements and provide strategic insights that meet business objectives.
  • Produce documents such as business requirement documents, functional specifications documents, process flow diagrams, testing scripts and training materials based on each project’s requirements.
  • Closely monitor project progress and conduct project status update meetings for clients.
  • Support or lead System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Regression Test.
  • Conduct trainings to end users and provide software/application support.
