Job Description
- Assessing, analyzing user requirements and establishing system objectives
- Designing the system’s functional solution and providing its delivery cost
- Prepare system documentation, e.g. functional specifications, user stories and user manual, etc.
- Support communication within business parties and development team
- Work with developers to support end user acceptance testing.
- Work with Project Manager to control and follow-up User requirement change.
- Work with business parties to confirm delivery schedule and follow up the implementation of the system.
- Conduct system demonstration while needed.
- Conduct user training while needed
Coordinate with relevant IT team and third-party vendors/ Users to design, implement and maintain information systems to enable service delivery.
