Description
- Domain knowledge of Credit, Corporate and Institutional Lending lines of business – understands Business Operations and context
- Robust problem-solving and requirements elicitation skills
- Skilled at communication, workshops, and change management – excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Focused on Business outcomes and understands how technology solution can drive innovation
- Analyze processes to evaluate and improve workflows for complex business processes
