Business Analyst

Overview

ISS STOXX is growing! We are immediately seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Global Research Operations and Change Management Team. The role is in an exciting, creative, team‑oriented operations environment for someone looking to advance their career in Governance Research. The primary responsibility is to serve as the liaison between the Research team and the Technical Development team—leading the implementation of operational assessments and conducting functional requirements analysis for maintenance, enhancements, and new services. The analyst will manage the business needs of project stakeholders (including end users), update and design documents to match the constant development of new features and functionalities of our applications. Flexibility on working hours may be required to support collaboration with our global internal customers across the UK, Continental Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
