This role owns the BA Centre of Excellence (COE) and combines deep BA expertise with people leadership, coaching, and portfolio-level oversight - enabling consistent delivery and adoption of best practices across multiple initiatives and four delivery pods (AML, Tax, Small Products, and Big Products/Regulatory).
