Business Analyst

Overview

9-month contract Business Analyst role with an industry leader located in North Vancouver.

Contract HRIS Business Analyst role. Working with a close-knit team acting as a key connector across the organization. Ad-hoc days on site required in their North Vancouver office.

Responsibilities

• Support the People Systems team as they transform Workday capabilities across the organization.
• Partner with People & Culture stakeholders to assess current processes, facilitate workshops and interviews, document business requirements, and define future-state processes.
• Contribute to process mapping, gap analysis, and the improvement of documentation to support the evolution of Workday within a shared enterprise platform.

Ideal candidate

• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience focused on requirements gathering, process mapping, and business documentation.
