As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between business and technology, turning complex business needs into smart, scalable solutions. You'll be involved end-to-end - from discovery to deployment - helping deliver core banking and payments transformation projects across global teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to capture, challenge, and refine business requirements
- Translate needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive solution design
- Collaborate closely with tech teams to ensure accurate implementation
