Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements with stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and delivery milestones
- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors
- Support SIT, UAT, and go-live activities
- Drive issue analysis, solution design, and resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or product ownership
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and business process mapping
- Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written); Mandarin required or strongly preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project tools (e.g., Jira)
