FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our innovative Business Transformation Team. You will partner with your designated divisions to provide a high quality business analysis service to support new and ongoing projects and bridge the gap between business and technical requirements. This is a permanent, full time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks.

The duties of the Business Analyst role will include:
Working across all phases of the project lifecycle, using appropriate business analysis methodologies and tools to support the successful delivery of project goals and provide business value
Conducting business analysis activities including early design discussions, shaping and scoping the project ensuring that requirements are fully developed
Assessing and modelling processes, data flows and technology to understand the current value and issues and identify opportunities for improvement
