Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Elicitation & Management
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users, government stakeholders, and vendors
- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, data mapping, interface specifications)
- Ensure full requirements traceability from business needs through design, development, testing, and deployment
- Manage requirement changes under formal governance and change control processes
Stakeholder Management
- Engage and manage senior, demanding stakeholders professionally and confidently
- Facilitate workshops, align expectations, and resolve conflicting priorities
- Act as the key bridge between business, technical teams, architects, developers, and vendors
