Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Elicitation & Management

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions with business users, government stakeholders, and vendors
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
  • Produce high-quality documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, data mapping, interface specifications)
  • Ensure full requirements traceability from business needs through design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Manage requirement changes under formal governance and change control processes

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage and manage senior, demanding stakeholders professionally and confidently
  • Facilitate workshops, align expectations, and resolve conflicting priorities
  • Act as the key bridge between business, technical teams, architects, developers, and vendors
