Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand and document business needs, business requirements and flows related to the Authority’s public services and application systems.
  • Review business rules and service journeys, gathering requirement specifications, engaging stakeholders, creating user journey maps and wireframes, and providing support on updates to the Authority.
  • Develop user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and create detailed process maps to visualize, understand and streamline current workflows and business processes.
  • Review design specifications and project deliverables (e.g. monthly project report, log review for privileged user access, test plan, test reports, application design/code) to ensure the completeness for the Authority’s acceptance.
