Job Description
- Minimum 3+ years experience as Business Analyst (preferably Agile projects)
- Degree in IT / Information Systems / Business Analytics or related field
- Strong experience in:
- Requirement gathering & analysis
- Business process mapping & design thinking
- Flowcharts and logical diagrams
- Good stakeholder management & communication skills
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Hands‑on experience in test automation tools (e.g., Tosca)
- Ability to drive continuous improvements and testing practices
