Your day to day
Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements from operational teams
Act as interface between business stakeholders and technical teams
Support enhancement and optimisation of transfer agency processes
Participate in system evolutions (functional analysis, specifications)
Contribute to testing phases (UAT) and validation of deliverables
Ensure documentation of processes, requirements and changes
Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders across operations and projects
Support continuous improvement initiatives within fund administration activities
