Job Description
Our client is seeking a Business Analyst to support process analysis for IT operations teams, including infrastructure and telecommunications projects. The role is a 1‑year contract based in downtown Calgary, with a 5‑day in‑office requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve business processes across infrastructure operations, network services, service delivery, and support functions.
- Partner with engineering, operations, project teams, and leadership to support execution of fiber, private 5G, and future infrastructure initiatives.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements for process improvements, systems enhancements, and operational initiatives.
- Lead current‑state and future‑state process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow redesign efforts.
