Responsibilities

• Identify, resolve and troubleshoot all functional support issues for finance and accounting applications.
• Participate in quality controls and documentation of new application release notes.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure SLAs are met and the service is on time and reliable.
• Escalate major incidents to the incident management team to ensure timely resolution.
• Organize and manage regular meetings with bank partners for escalated cases and monitor the backlog of tickets closely.
• Analyze balance sheets in SAP.
• Ensure quality training for bank users.
• Participate in new application release testing.
• Work closely with development and production teams.
