Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitor and continuous improvement of Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Providing Unit Testing and Integration Testing
  • Business Process Mapping
  • Identifying training, orientation, policies and procedures business improvements
  • Supporting business user training with IS team input
  • Staying up to date with new trends and tools to ensure best practise is used in the role
  • Developing and maintaining application roadmaps
  • Timely and accurate resolution of incidents within agreed timeframes
  • Ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained

    • You'll bring proven experience working with MWS and ERP systems and large-scale business applications, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
