The RM Virtual position manages a large book of business (400+ clients) in the $2-10MM segment. The role involves significant outbound calling, identifying business needs, and driving new opportunities within assigned relationships. Success requires the ability to sell effectively in a virtual environment, leverage technology quickly, and stay highly organized given the volume and pace. Candidates should be comfortable working with large sets of metrics, maintaining accountability, and operating in a monitored environment due to the role’s structure.
